By car

EuroParcs De Kraaijenbergse Plassen is located in the village of Linden, North Brabant, directly beside the water and is easy to reach by car. Its central location makes the park an excellent base for exploring North Brabant, the Land van Cuijk region and the surrounding nature reserves.

Parking is available at the park. Depending on your accommodation, you can park one or more cars next to your holiday home or use the central parking areas.

Please note that roads around popular recreational areas may be busier during holiday periods and on sunny weekends.

By public transport

EuroParcs De Kraaijenbergse Plassen is also easy to reach by public transport. Travel by train to Cuijk railway station, then continue your journey to Linden by bus or taxi.

The park is located a short distance from the nearest bus stop. For the most convenient connection, we recommend checking a current public transport journey planner before you travel.

We do everything we can to make your stay at EuroParcs De Kraaijenbergse Plassen as enjoyable as possible. If you have any questions or if something is not quite as expected during your stay, please contact reception as soon as possible. This allows us to assist you quickly and ensure you can continue to enjoy your holiday.

If any damage or technical issue occurs during your stay, please report it to reception immediately. Damage that is only discovered after departure and has not been reported in advance may be charged.

Parking at the park

A maximum of one car may be parked at each holiday home. Additional vehicles can be parked in the designated parking areas shown on the park map.

For everyone's safety, a maximum speed limit of 5 km/h applies throughout the park. Failure to comply with this rule may result in your barrier access card being blocked.

Wi-Fi

All holiday homes have their own private Wi-Fi network. The network name and password can be found inside your accommodation.

Waste

Help us keep the park clean by taking your waste to the waste collection point located at the car park near the park entrance. Separate containers are available for general household waste and glass.

Dogs

Your dog is welcome at EuroParcs De Kraaijenbergse Plassen in our designated pet-friendly accommodations.

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times within the park. There are plenty of opportunities to walk your dog outside the park. Please clean up after your dog and note that dogs are not permitted in certain areas of the park. These areas are clearly signposted.

Dogs are not allowed on sofas or beds inside the accommodation. If your holiday home has a garden, please ensure your dog cannot leave the property.

Fishing

Thanks to the park's unique waterside location, fishing is one of the most popular activities at De Kraaijenbergse Plassen. Fishing is permitted in most areas provided you have a valid Dutch fishing licence. Please visit the website for more information about fishing opportunities and the applicable regulations.

Thermostat

To help reduce energy consumption, the thermostat is set to 15°C upon arrival. Press the up arrow once to automatically set the temperature to 20°C.

If no movement is detected for two hours, the thermostat automatically returns to 15°C. Together, we can help reduce energy consumption and make your stay more sustainable.

Electricity supply

Each holiday home has a maximum electrical capacity of 16 amps. Using several high-powered appliances at the same time, such as a gourmet set, raclette grill, dishwasher, kettle or (combination) microwave, may cause the electricity to trip.

We therefore recommend not using these appliances simultaneously.

Key card

Upon arrival, you will receive one key card for your accommodation. Do you need an additional key card? These are available from reception for a €35 deposit.

Parasol

In strong winds or whenever you leave your accommodation, please close the parasol and either lay it flat on the ground or return it to the holiday home. This helps prevent damage to both the parasol and the surrounding area.

Arriving outside reception opening hours? You can make use of a key safe. Please inform the reception of your expected arrival time in advance so we can ensure a smooth arrival.

Check your accommodation upon arrival

We recommend checking your accommodation and its inventory as soon as you arrive to ensure everything is complete and in good condition. If you notice any issues with the accommodation, inventory or cleaning, please report them to reception within 2 hours of arrival so we can resolve them as quickly as possible.

If any damage or technical issue occurs during your stay, please contact reception as soon as possible. Our team will be happy to assist you so you can continue to enjoy your stay.

On the day of departure check out before 10 o'clock.

• Leave the accommodation tidy and clean. 
• Make sure the dishes have been washed and everything has been put back in the right place.
• take the waste to the reclycling area (milieustraat on the map)
• Remove the bed linen from the beds and put it in a pillowcase

Together we create an enjoyable stay

To ensure that all guests can enjoy a pleasant and relaxing stay, we kindly ask you to follow the park rules below.

• Please help keep the park clean and leave the surroundings tidy.
• For fire safety reasons, open fires are strictly prohibited in and around the holiday home.
• Please respect other guests and avoid causing noise disturbance. Quiet hours apply between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. If you experience noise outside reception opening hours, please contact the emergency number.
• The use of drugs and the misuse of alcohol in or around the accommodation or the park's hospitality facilities is not permitted.
• Swimming in the navigation channel is prohibited. Diving or jumping from the jetties is also not allowed.
• EuroParcs cannot be held liable for damage, theft, loss, injury or accidents that occur during your stay.
• Please follow the instructions of our staff at all times.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the holiday homes. If smoking is detected, a €150 cleaning fee will be charged.
• The use of mopeds and scooters within the park is not permitted.
• When using a boat, please observe the maximum speed limit of 5 km/h in the navigation channel and 20 km/h on the Kraaijenbergse Plassen.
• Thank you for your cooperation. Together, we can ensure a safe, clean and relaxing environment for everyone to enjoy.

Only gas or electric barbecuing is allowed. You can order complete barbecue or gourmet packages via A-Z BBQ service. This can be done via the EuroParcs app, when making your booking or via reception. An order can be made 1 day in advance before 12 noon for the next day.

Our park is situated on the Kraaijenbergse Plassen. The park has 2 beaches where you can relax (see also park map). You can rent boats from Happyboats. Reception for the boats is on the jetty, where the boat coach will be waiting for you and give you an explanation. You can also rent sups via SupSupClub. There is a box of these on the jetty. With a QR code, you can open the box after booking.
