Because we value nature, the woods, the dunes and reeds, and your safery, we have a friendly reminder for you:
- Only gas and electric barbecues are allowed
- Please make sure to have a fire extinguisher at hand
- When you smoke, please make sure the cigarette is completely put out and please throw it in the ashtray

- Keep the park clean.
- For fire safety reasons, open fire is strictly prohibited inside and outside the holiday home.
- Be considerate of the other guests at the park. Please make sure you're not causing any noise nuisance.
- If you experience noise nuisance outside the opening hours of the reception, please contact our emergency number.
- The use of drugs and the abuse of alcohol inside and outside the holiday home is not permitted.
- Swiming in the fairway is not allowed. It is forbidden to dive or jump from the jetties.
- We are not liable for damage, theft, loss, injury or accident occurring during your stay.
- You must follow the instructions of our staff at all times.
- Smoking in the holiday home is not permitted.

On the day of departure check out before 10 o'clock.
- Leave the accommodation tidy and clean.
- Make sure the dishes have been washed and everything has been put back in the right place.
- take the waste to the reclycling area (milieustraat on the map)
- Remove the bed linen from the beds and put it in a pillowcase

Waste
We would like to ask you to collect your waste and take it to the recycling centre. You can dispose your rubbish, glass and Nespresso capsules in the designated containers. These can be found in the car park at the entrance of the park.
Barriers
There is a barrier at the entrance to EuroParcs de Biesbosch. The exit is elsewhere on the park.
As our guest you will receive one ticket for the barrier.
After 23.00 hours, the entrance barrier is closed. You can then only enter the park on foot or by bike. The exit barrier is open day and night, so that you can leave the park at any time.
Disturbances and inconvenience
If you experience nuisance from other guests, please report this to the reception desk. If it is after closing time, but serious, you can call the emergency number!
Dog
Your dog is welcome in the park, on a leash. In some holiday homes dogs are also allowed. In that case, your dog may also be kept on a leash in the garden. Make sure that your dog cannot leave the garden. Dogs are not allowed on the couch or the beds in the holiday homes. You can walk your dog outside the park. There is a duty to clean up after your dog on the entire property. Please note that there are areas of the park where dogs are not allowed. These areas are indicated by a sign.
Parasol
In case of absence or strong wind, please fold up the parasol, lay it flat on the ground or put it back in the holiday home.
Damage
If anything is broken or damaged, please report this to reception during your stay. If, after your stay, you notice things that have not been reported, we will be obliged to charge you.
Key
On arrival you will receive 1 key card for your holiday home. An extra key card is available at the reception against a deposit of €35,-.
Power supply
In your holiday home you have access to a maximum power of 16 AMP. Additional load by equipment such as a gourmet set or raclette that you bring from home, can cause the electricity to break down. We advise you not to use these appliances together with the dishwasher, water boiler or (combi) microwave.
Wifi
All holiday homes are equipped with their own router and have their own wifi address and password.

However, there is no bus from there to us, so you will have to take a taxi from Cuijk. By bike, it takes about 45 minutes to Nijmegen or vice versa (Linden- Heumen-Malden-Nijmegen).

Only gas or electric barbecuing is allowed. You can order complete barbecue or gourmet packages via A-Z BBQ service. This can be done via the EuroParcs app, when making your booking or via reception. An order can be made 1 day in advance before 12 noon for the next day.

Our park is situated on the Kraaijenbergse Plassen. The park has 2 beaches where you can relax (see also park map). You can rent boats from Happyboats. Reception for the boats is on the jetty, where the boat coach will be waiting for you and give you an explanation. You can also rent sups via SupSupClub. There is a box of these on the jetty. With a QR code, you can open the box after booking.

We have a bread roll service every day of the week (except Thursday). The welcome folder contains the order form for the bread rolls. This form can be handed in by 8pm at the latest for the following day. Bread rolls can be collected between 09.00 - 10.30 at reception the next day. We do not sell breakfast boxes.
